A mid century modern Danish bow front chest of drawers designed by Kai Kristiansen, dating from the 1960s and crafted in Denmark from beautifully grained teak. The piece features a softly curved façade and the designer’s signature recessed pull handles.

The top drawer is lockable and retains its original key, while all drawers are constructed with traditional dovetail joints, underscoring the exceptional quality of craftsmanship throughout.

Lovingly hand restored, the teak has been carefully treated to enhance its warm tones and natural grain while preserving the character acquired over more than six decades of use. There are some minor veneer repairs consistent with age, along with a more substantial repair to the bottom left hand corner. This is discreetly positioned and not immediately visible.
